It happens when you have too old mods or many similar mods that uses same resources.
1st find EVERY mod updated version, then think if you really need 1000 mods at same time, specially truck mods.
Usually it helps best if you sell all trucks what you have bought when mods were active, including drivers trucks, then remove that truck mods from mod manager.
If you remove old mods without selling affected trucks first they still haunt in your profile and some day your profile is dead.
