Can't open the Part 1 file/File corrupted

Hello!

So the problem I get is I can't open the part 1 file, nor unpack it. When I click on the file I download, it opens, but inside of it there's another one, that I can't open. I tried using the tester but it says, that the Part 1 is missing. I don't know what to do in this kind of scenario, so I'd like to get some help.

Please delete the old .001 file, and download it again.
