I can't confirm nor deny but progress is very, very good
Glad to get an update!
I've been a mod dev myself for years, so I know that specific time estimates are nigh impossible to give and super annoying to answer over and over, but when general progress updates can be announced, it's a lot less anxiety-inducing on us players than when we're left with nothing but our own baseless speculation. (I should check the thread, what if there's an update I've missed, what if I'll need to change my map, should I even bother going to that part of the map until the update, etc etc.)
It's not *just* that we want to play the new stuff as soon as possible because we're greedy and entitled

We also want to know if we should be cooling our heels and thinking about other, more pressing matters for a few months if you guys are still busy, or if we should start prepping our games for a new release sometime within a few weeks.
Thanks for giving us a heads-up that all is going well! Whether good news or bad, any report is a good report.

Since SCS will made some changes in the France on 1.37, I think the best decision is to wait until 1.37 will be released.
Now, I am not a ProMod dev and I can't speak for their policies, but I feel this is actually a better argument for a release *before* 1.37, much as we got a release of ProMods for 1.36 *before* the huge Black Sea merge. If it is released before the update, we are able to play the content that is already finished while we wait on them to work on the new changes. I know that I, personally, am much more interested in traveling through DLC Romania & Turkey than I am in a few updated intersections in Dijon and Lyons. But I am not all that familiar with the exact technical details involved. This is just my general opinion.
