Game crashes in the middle of loading

Version 1.36.2.24
All required DLC's + 1 truck mod.
def file is extracted to the mod folder (don't really know what to do with it)
it has a folder with 2 other files.
what else
i'm sorry about my newbie question, it's all new to me
and i have tried the self-help guide

don´t extract the def!

I've made it - tweaked the def one more time and it generated as SCS. file. much more better
