How to fix incompatible save games?

Hello,
I accidentally updated 1.37 beta and logged into the game. When it said my save games were incompatible, I got back to steam and downgraded to 1.36 again, but the save games are still incompatible.

Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks.

You can try loading an older backup file from 1.36.
Otherwise it's impossible, ones you opened a savegame in a newer version you can't open it in an older version.

Thank you for you reply but where can I track a backup file?
And it seems like I set up an automatic update on all steam games which I don't know how to cancel it.

there where you mod folder is, there are folder which called like...

1.36.2.55s must be the last version.
