Yes, the Material file contains company trailer skins, logos, road overlays and other .DDS files.

Regarding Kosovo, I'm not very familiar with the area, and I'm not really interested in building it either. Therefore, I think someone who knows the area better and/or is more interested in building it would do a better job than me.
