in your log I don't see the Promod 2.45 DEF file

The ProMods definition file gets loaded differently in TruckersMP than in single-player mode. It is called "data_mp.mp" in TruckersMP.

Try this for multiplayer.
Start the game, enter the truck.
Exit the truck to game menu.
Save the game thru the Save or Load game menu.
Quit game.

Start multiplayer again, is the load time the same?

Extra question.
Do you have promods-def-st.scs for when you do not play MP?

Did you try to do what I wrote? for MultiPlayer?
And what was the result?
Regarding the loading times in MP.
How is your loading times for single player?
Are both always long?
