in your log I don't see the Promod 2.45 DEF file

The ProMods definition file gets loaded differently in TruckersMP than in single-player mode. It is called "data_mp.mp" in TruckersMP.

Could you send us a log of a single player session in ETS2 + ProMods 2.45?
And maybe even a log on a profile where you do not use any mods at all?
How does the game load when you use a profile without any mods?
