YKSRSK is in alpha state now after repositioning on real location so there is no way to fit with new ME add-on. For now i wouldnt recomend using it, both as files problems but you can encounter big issues on roads. Even a mountain in the middle of the street.
Who wants to test it, good. Who wants a functional map, no.

Question, if i use YKSRSK and PM middle east 2.45/46 without a road connection will it work?
pretty sure that that part of syria is under rebel control and might actually have fighting on going so dont really care if i cant go there.

Road connections in general are not just road connections. Many of them contain files who are closing file/definition conflicts between two maps. So the answer is no.
