Maybe this is incompatible in 1.37 or with ProMods 2.46.
It's complaining about some missing citys in your log.

I agree with Trucker2223 after looking closer in the log. That mod shouldn't be there.
Where did you get that from? Remove it!

I disagree. The cities it complains about are from TGS map, not Road to Aral. A couple of things for you to check

1. Make sure Road to Aral is higher priority than TGS (it does work, I can get the game to load with that map)
2. Make sure you have the road connector mod for Rusmap & The Great Steppe, and place it above both rusmap and TGS

He has the road connection for RusMap-TGS above both maps, but that Road to Aral does NOT seem to be the correct one!

EDIT: Check his game log, you have it all there!
