You need to extract the file local_module.rusmap_cities.sii on the path locale - > hu_hu, it is in English. Replace the city names in the lines val[]: "XXXX" with the desired ones, save and add them to the archive with the replacement.

It's enough for me the names in English. Because of the post I wrote above, I thought there was something wrong with it, (22 May 2020 09:01) but for me English names are also good.

I once again re-downloaded the mod hoping that the black textures would have been fixed. I was taking a job in Volgograd and saw these black textures all over the place (links below). Is there any way you can fix this. Rusmap is probably my favorite map to play on because of how well the mapmakers do in making the area feel alive. With these black textures it really breaks the immersion and makes the map almost unplayable from a driving aspect.

If you're using OpenGL, then the textures may be incompatible with it.

Yes I know that it is a bug with OpenGl but I also know that it can get fixed as Promods has had the very same issue in the past

Well the best you can do is reporting the location of the models with coodinates to the RusMap devs, so they can look into the issue.
IIRC it's just an issue with the .dds files being in a wrong format, so they get read wrong with OpenGL in use.

The black textures are all over the map, although it is a bit weird because many if not all of the custom signs are ok it just seems like the "russian" buildings and car models are black.

What type of launcher do you run ets2?
I don’t trust DX11, OpenGL, and safe mode because they are dodgy and can cause conflicts. I just run on the normal version.

There is nothing called "normal version", either you run the game in DX11 mode or in OpenGL mode! PERIOD!
Check the following parameter setting in your config.cfg file and it will tell you which one you are using!
