LUKASAVKOVIC, that you can blame SCS for.
They used that interchange to connect to central Sofia and to Kostinbrod + Montana and Sofia.
ProMods did not have much good options, than to use A6/18/189 interchange.

SCS didnt planned to connect Serbia. Promods can make interchange.
Perhaps they will rebuild some parts in the future. In Bulgaria there are some roads, that are not quite realistic, but lets remember that this was just a compatibility release. So almost everything you see in Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey is SCS work.

It's a ProMods addition.

I saw the changelog for the upcomming 2.50, and I am kind of dissapointed that there are no new roads in Romania. The Sibiu-Pitesti road needs to be included, as it is one of the most driven roads in Romania, and for whatever reason SCS didn´t include that road in the DLC. I hope that it is at least planned for future releases.

There most likely are plans to future changes (assuming someone is actually working in this area). It'll probably take some time for them to complete any changes though
