[REL] Project Balkans 5.5 for 1.47.x

I don't know if anyone has noticed but I'm using Project Balkans and PM Middle East Addon at the same time and for some reason the middle east police cars get replaced by PB models like Croatian or Srpskan cars. It might be just my game since i'm using alot of other mods but can you investigate and fix this bug?

I used to use Promods and Project Balkans years ago, how come Balkans is not in the recommended mod load order now?

because ProMods also expand in the balkans and Project Balkans is overwriting our areas.

Project Balkans sticks to outdated assets, you won't get Road to the Black Sea experience with it.
