I used the free version. and didnt have everything downloaded yet. I'll try that out right now

Once I tried to download promods and because of the slow download speed I gave up and stopped now I got enough time to do it. I decided to download it today and got a msg ''sorry! access denied''. I've tried on other browsers and It doesn't work.

Do you have any download accelerators or anti-virus enabled that could open more than two simultaneous connections?

Its been fixed yesterday and I was able to download it (I dont have any accelerations or anti virus enabled) I got a new question now if I have to buy map DLC before i can play ''promods'' server?

You need all 6 current map DLCs to play, MP or SP

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that this:

is because the free download server is taking a beating. Certainly I've never seen it before. NB: I was logged in when I clicked the download link.

^^ Incorrect. The download servers don't even have a login page of any type physically on them. This is something odd going on your end.

I might have seen that once or twice too?
I recommend to shut down that tab, if it opens.
