Lots of lag on high end pc 2

i get this error and slowdowns
I have the same specs as Gamerbob (I7 1070kf instead of ryzen)

I recently installed Promods, while driving around I've noticed lag drops about 30-50 fps and it gets worse in cities 50-90 fps. My PC should have no issue handling this. I believe it could be the jazzycat ai mods I use. I noticed when an ai drives past me my fps drops by 5.

it´s not crashing?
looks like an outdated traffic mod.

but no full game log, no one can really help you.

sorry, i won´t download it. upload the log at pastebin.com, and link it here.
but you maybe can find the issue yourself. do you have any traffic mods? if yes, disable them and try again.
