don't buy baltic patch 2.43v i can't play promod silly i think we don't have to buy it, without baltic everyone should install promods version on maps as much as they buy

You can play promods without baltic. For that you have to downgrade your game to version 1.34.x and use promods 2.33 (only needs scandinavia, going east, vive la france and bella italia). The need to have all the map expansions relates to the fact that every map expansion comes with different assets (new roads, houses, prefabs, vegetation, etc.) that is used by the team on their new works.

It's worth getting all of the map updates as they go on sale so you can always run the latest version of promods. If they were to try and release promods with no map add-ons then there would be not be much difference between places in the game, because of the little assets they have to use in the promods map, only default assets would be available to them.
