low speed limit on highway Lodz

East of Lodz on the A1, there is a stretch of highway that has a 40kmh speed limit. I'm not sure how far it goes on when staying on the highway going south. it does change to 70 when taking the exit onto the A58

Cannot reproduce it. The speed limit is 80km/h to me.

@DarknessEagleX, I assume you entered the highway from Łódź (opposed to already being on the A1 highway from the North). This is important because it depends how soon you enter the highway from the on-ramp as to how the speed limit behaves. The on-ramp speed limit is set to 40 km/h with a sign.

• If you move left as soon as the dashed line begins then the speed limit correctly switches to from 40 km/h 80 km/h.
• If you wait to move left until the on-ramp lane nearly ends then the speed limit remains at 40 km/h.

This is exposing an issue with the game engine which has existed for quite a while. It can be "fixed" by adding another speed limit sign after the end of on-ramp lane. I will let a ProMods developer decide whether this is something worth fixing in ProMods.

i did indeed came from the on-ramp from within Lodz. i had to stay on the right lane because how my route was.
