Game crash 1.38 2.50 Wien and near Nürnberg

Since i updated my mods to 1.38 (also with promods) i'm facing with game crashes. i've noticed it happens when passing by some cities like Nürnberg, London or Wien. I'll be glad if you help me.

Hi, I saw your game.log and I can say that you should remove all additional mods, then add them one by one and see which one makes the game crash, I suspect it's your Jazzycat mods, since they are very demanding, and I would not recommend any traffic mods with that CPU.

removed all jazzycat mods but it still crashes, i've noticed it happens when passing by some cities like Nürnberg, London or Wien.
