Items registering water level cause lag

When roaming around, sometimes Items register water level at some height, and it causes lag, for 0.5 sec.
I'mn't sure if this is caused by promods or game.

Those messages appear both in the base game and in ProMods. They are information only, not a problem. I doubt this is related to any lag you may be experiencing.
