[Fixed] [#21089] No resting place in the parking lot near Hanover.

Trying to stop for the sleep at a gas station near Hanover, I have already traveled around the entire gas station, tried to stop at all parking spaces, I can not find a rest area anywhere.
P.S. It's only found if you stop right at the road near parking space. It's not right I think.

@hArtKor, the rest area trigger is basically everywhere. I've highlighted the area with a dashed red line in the image below:


Everywhere inside the dashed red line is the rest trigger. However there is a flaw with this design which I discovered months ago but have not had a chance to report yet. The rest area message only pops-up on the Route Advisor when you cross the border from outside rest the area to inside the rest area. If you enter the rest area, then you drive over the fuel trigger at the fuel station, the rest message will be replaced by the fuel message. But once you drive off of the fuel trigger the message window is blank even though your truck is still inside the rest area. This can make it seem like the rest area doesn't exist. You can only re-trigger the rest area by driving outside of the rest area and then back into the rest area.
