World Map Crash

I checked the other topics beforehand - nothing works. Deleted Jazzycat mods, set buffer to 20, messed around with load order, game still crashes when I open the world map.


Here's my log. I don't claim to know what half this shit means, but it looks like my game can't find the mod files or something? I literally just downloaded them from here 15 or so minutes ago.
