Cant find mod in game

Hello!

If I launch ETS2 with steam i found the mod in mod manager.

If I launch ETS2 with the launcher to play in the multiplayer promods server i cant find the mod in the mod manager.

The mod manager doesn't work in the TMP client, if the mod files are in the correct place, the client will launch the mod automatically.
