Anyways I am sure looking forward to 2.5 and I hope all the Baltic developers keep up their good work, and I also hope that they persue the same realism that was present in 2.33. If not, that’s fully understandable, but if so, I’ll continue my own development of Riga and Jūrmala, although it is unlikely to come out better than ProMods’ version (not trying to advertise).

The map editor is included with ETS so we could actually do it ourselves - I tried* and found out how complicated that stuff is. Since then I have an even deeper admiration for devs (both ProMods and SCS). I'm afraid that your posts from yesterday might not be seen as encouragement but as disguised demands. While you are absolutely right that certain areas urgently need attention I think the devs know that too but they need the time and the motivation to do something about it - and at the moment they are on a bug-catching mission (which no dev particularly likes) so the moment might be not well chosen.

*Have you already tried mapping yourself? - if you have the time and patience you might end up on the team and actively working on Budapest, Haapsalu etc.

Couldn’t agree with you more. The process of developing a map is very time consuming and even more so in creating your own assets! If you want change, don’t request—try developing it yourself and see how it goes. That’s what I tried and it’s really rewarding. Anyway, show some respect for the hard working devs and appreciate the work they already made instead of nagging for impossibly more
