Terrain disappeared | ETS2 ME

Hi, when I was learning how to do something in map editor i did a missclick or something and all terrain and objects desappeared, I see only cars (screenshot below). I reinstalled the game, but It's still not working. I do a research in internet, but I found nothing. I hope that, I'll find solution there.

Try pressing "a" it may return the world.
