After 8 years playing ETS2 I decided to start my modding career
. As long as I like realism I only wanted to start by changing road navigation signs in southern Italy to match them with real world. I watched a few videos and I understood how to change them.The problem is that when I save the map and I reopen the map editor the sign that I changed appears like the original one. I started only by changing text on one of SCS original signs. I selected the 4 sector files (in which the sign was located) in the folder europe, europe.mbd and europe.set. I put them in a folder called map, then I created the folder.scs with 7zip and I put it in the mod folder. I reloaded the map but nothing seems to be changed.
I would be pleased if someone can help me find where I'm wrong.
