I see two problems:
- You have an incorrect mod load order, specifically the placement of "ProMods 2.51 + RusMap 2.3.1 Road Connection". See this: [GUIDE] Load order for recommended compatible maps [1.39]
- Your game is running out of buffer space. Try option #1 here: running out of buffers.
I corrected the order of "ProMods 2.51 + RusMap 2.3.1 Road Connection"
and I also edited the config.cfg and installed the Zoom mod.
For now the JazzyCat mod works.
Driving 2 hours without any problem is really fun.
I thank you
Edit : after having modified the buffer in the config.cfg I can also modify the line -mm_pool_size 4000 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000 in the launch options?

It's a good idea to use if you have a lot of mods, can also sometimes improve performance in areas with high TC
