It should be, PM 2.55 I believe is only covering the merge with the Iberia DLC.

I have a question, why did you cut the city-motorway of Belgrad?

We didnt cut the highway going through center of Beograd - we just simply didn't make it. Why?
Because this would take huge effort to squeeze everything in so small area. The highway passing there has LOTS of exits / entries, and just having one (if) represented because of the scale, that would be totaly nonsense. Beograd on the map already looks big even without it ... it's just impossible to make it realistic enough, also with Novi Beograd area to be represented correctly etc. Again it would be only for transit route, which should go on the ring, so ... This decision was made with locals from Beograd and well thought. Also the scenery with Danube crossing and Novi Beograd etc. need a lot of open space, we don't have there...
You could say: Promods did it, why you couldnt? Well, in my opinion, its simply made to short, and also not representing as it should be. It is a cool option, but not optimal.
