I just checked new map versions for 1.40.x. It looks like the Background maps are not required and SCS fixed this. Now map looks amazing and finally everything is perfect. !! Let's go.

In your screenshot, there are also other breaks in the roads, and this indicates the wrong location of the mods. Raise the RusMap-map_v2.4.1 file above the Promodes ..

На вашем скриншоте ещё и другие разрывы дорог имеются, а это говорит о не правильном расположении модов. Поднимите файл RusMap-map_v2.4.1 выше Промодс..
