Quality of road signs

I know it is suppose to make every thing pretty, and on that front it is very good.
but the bad part is, the road signs are all over the place, i know SCS has no top score on this issue but it is at least predictable.

in promods area sometimes it make no sense.
why are 2 highway 80, but the ramp connecting them is 90?
why is there a sign 'end 70' with 25 meters behind it '70'.
that are just a few examples on my 1 hour drive from i think rusia to the uk.
