[#19921] 2.55 Port świnoujście warehouse bug

Hello
Something weird is happening whether I move a camera near warehouse model in Port Świnoujście.
Take a look at a video.

Tested on 2.55 with no other mods installed , the same happens at multiplayer as well.

EDIT 30.06.2021: Will it be fixed in WIP?

It seems like warehouse texture is disappearing when camera is moving.

Tested on 2.56.

This is already reported as #19921 long ago but it needs rebuild to be fixed
