Is anyone working on the rest of the map?

Coast 2 Coast was, but they are using the old scale from 2016. C2C is also barely developed. And every other search i've done has not yielded a completed map mod?
I'm trying my hand at mapping the rest of the map, but i'm just a beginner (i only have some roads with no terrain), with some prefabs not even connecting to the node that's in place.

I notice that Banff is not included yet ?? Hope it is. I've been there. Nice town and scenery.
