North of Ystad, the speed limit on this road is briefly 40 km/h, half of what it should be.

I cannot replicate the issue, the speed limit stays at 80km/h at this location.

If I recall correctly, I was heading north out of Ystad. I'm not sure what I did to trigger it. I'll let you know if it happens again.

Try heading north toward the location from Ystad and see the result.

I can't confirm this bug either because it stays at 80 km/h speed limit as Ticreut29 says above. So it must have been fixed or it was a mod conflict on your end.
