My guess would be Whistler. I think BC99 is part of the next update.

It looks most like Horseshoe Bay to me based on the buildings and the location of the building under construction, but I also say that because I've been there many times and never been anywhere in the upcoming update past Squamish.

Agreed. I live in Revelstoke BC, just North East of Salmon Arm. I've been here for nearly 14 years. We now have 2 roundabouts installed. Additionally, we have a Lumber Mill and a Train Yard. There are two major entries off Highway 1 and secondary entry Through the Big Eddy. There are also 3 bridges.
Highway 23 North leads to 2 dams, the Revelstoke Dam here in town and Mica Dam which feeds the entire Columbia River, right down into the US where the the Mica Basin feeds up to 17 Dams. Hwy 23 South leads down to the Ferries to get to the lower mainland. Hwy 1, going east leads through the most treacherous and dangerous spot on on the Trans Canada Highway through the mountainous Rogers Pass to get to Golden, before heading to the Alberta Border.
There are also several gass stations, with 3 "car" consumer stations on the man junction, 2 on the main road in town with 1 trucker card refill station just north of the main junction. There is an industrial area in the Big Eddy before the main bridge coming from Salmon Arm where truck repairs can be done, along with another consumer level gas station.
There is also a small Airport.
