Shifted Map (PM 2.56 + RM 2.4.2 + PR 2.5.1 + Roex 2.8)

Hello everyone!
I've got problem with a shifted map present in my ETS2 (looked at the screen - for example, all cities/roads of Spain are totally shifted to the right side than in fine place on the map)

I haven't got any extra activated mods, except cabin accesories (from Steam workshop).
I also add a game log for those, who can explain me the reason, why there is a shifted map bug. https://ufile.io/22nblj3u
