You asking for a lot actually. I don't even think some of the country mod(s) didin't exists yet (I think american ones do exists). Also that will be very unstable one.

Armenia have a map but It's out of date

You can try Road to Asia and The Great Steppe (Rusmap recommended) for Asia

For Saudi Arabia use Redsea (I think you also need Promods ME)

Iran and Pakistan - Road to Asia
Southern/eastern Asia - don't know
Central America - no but there's Eaa for Southern America
Arab countries (including north africa) - Middle east map, Red sea map, Afromap amd Maghreb map
Central Africa - no
South Africa - in progress
Central Asia - Road to Asia
