Project Balkans is definitely not working with 1.43, game says incompatible mod.

No, all cities added by Promods lose their names (and thereby their functionality aswell) if you use this mod right now (basically Promods added 2 cities in Bosnia where Project Balkans had something in else, therefore the 2 maps conflict and the one at the top overwrites the other
