What do you want me to provide? And what order should everything be in? I also only have the latest update in my mods folder

Glad to hear it worked out for you. In general, if you have problems with the game a copy of the contents of the game.log.txt does help a lot since it shows what kind of errors the game detects while you play it. It also shows in which order the game loads the different mods. The file is located in the same folder as your "mod" folder in the ETS2 directory.
Yes the Finnmark Mod needs to be on top of the ProMods map in the mod manager. This is generally true for each form of add-on: Place the add-on on top of whatever it adds to.
The game engine separates the map in 4km x 4km squares (which on a 1:19 scale map have the size of 76km x 76km) and calls those squares "sectors". The base SCS map and a map mod (such as Promods, Rusmap or Finnmark) provide some of these sectors. If two or more mods provide content for the same sector, the game will only use the sector of the mod that is placed highest in the mod manager.
Promods - for quite some time already - has mapped the road from Skaidi (the fuel station on the road to Hammerfest) to Alta. So if you place Promods above Finnmark, then Promods Alta will overwrite Finnmark Alta and you will have a gap in the map. In order to work together with Promods, the Finnmark Mod provides some of the roads of Promods in the sectors where things have been changed.

I wanted this for so long. Thanks.
The mod makes my game to crash though. It doesnt connect with the promods map either, so i cant do jobs connecting from Tromsø for instance. Only within the mapextention itself.
I can only imagine that the last one is a user failure, and would like some help for that, but the crash is related to the mod, i think.

It's a bit hard to assess without further information - generally providing a copy of the game.log.txt helps. If promods and Finnmark do not connect, my first guess would be an incorrect load order. Make sure that Finnmark has a higher priority than the Promods map mod. There is a screenshot on the first post of this topic with the map as it should look like.
