you can't take left turn, because of that wall there so you have to turn right, or you will ending up worng way.

I agree that you can't turn left there because of the median barrier. But the GPS doesn't know about the barrier. Sometimes you have to think instead of blindly following the GPS. There is a "do not enter" sign on the streetlamp to the left of your view, and a "right turn only" sign on the right of your view, so the player is warned not to turn left there.

I think this is not a bug because it looks like difficult to be fixed, but as Josh0 said here the player is warned that they need to drive to right.
This situation can also happen in IRL too.
