Port connections disappeared Bari-Dubrovnik/Igoumenitsa/Bar

i seem to have a problem. i installed a mod called 'no limits mod' for the Special Transport DLC. basically it gives you the option to take oversized cargo jobs with or without special routes with no escort cars and no speed limit. i selected a special transport job (big 70t heat exchanger) without special routes from Madrid to Kragujevac(Serbia). i decided to shorten my drive and went to the Valencia port, from here i went on a ferry to Palermo, and again on a ferry to Naples. from here i wanted to drive to Bari, and here on a ferry to Bar. but when i was starting to drive in Naples i opened the map and i see there is no port in Bari, Bari has no water connections it had before to Bar, Dubrovnik or Igoumenitsa. why did/could this happen?

already tried to load a couple of saved games, even the ones that were saved before i installed the 'no limits mod' and i also already disabled and removed the 'no limits mod'. in both these cases when i load the game there are no port connections in Bari. what could be the problem can someone give any ideas or help please?

Also just now i see it appears there's no port/ferry to the country Georgia which until now was always visible. No port sign on the map just like Bari.

Also, it doesn't matter which save game i load, whether it's a save i manually saved or the autosave one, there is no port/dock/water connection/whatever you call it in Bari or in the country Georgia.

Also not on the map, on the water, that route line that shows/connects 2 cities. There is no route line on the water that goes from Bari to Igoumenits/Bar/Dubrovin or the water line that goes to the country Georgia.

Man sometimes i really have a love-hate relationship with this game, Right now i'm at the hate phase. I mean WTF how do i fix this, all i did was installed the 'no limits for special transports' mod, picked a special transport job without a special route, drove from Madrid-Valencia-ferry-Palermo-ferry-Naples, opened my map and i see no water route lines and no port in Bar or in Georgia.

EDIT: yeah just did something random and now all the sea routes from/to Bari appear to have returned. Bari-Dubrovin,/Bar/Igoumenits/Durres and the sea route to Georgia all just magically returned in the map. all i did was finished a short job from Valencia to Barcelona, then went to 'Mod Manager' and just placed all the files started with the name 'dlc' to the bottom in the priority and lifted back up all the Promods, Project Balkan, etc files. don't know really if this helped i just remember before that i had all those 'dlc' files at the bottom in priority, so u put them them back down there. then just loaded back the latest save game, at the end of loading it said 'content changed' or whatever it says, it loaded for almost 5 minutes, i opened the map and everything seems perfect again.
