Yeah, if no developer wants to work on a certain area, then nothing happens. Do not forget that SCS will eventually finish rework on all old areas, including Poland, so what we could do now is waiting.

One thing I might suggest is to have the Route Advisor display English names for Polish voivodeships upon reaching their borders. That's optional, though. Maybe there's a mod for that...

All UI popup messages should be translated, I can see in our spreadsheet we use that there are translations into English for them.

I have a little suggestion. You can remove the barriers on A2 and A4 because we have e-toll in Poland now.
