I recently registered and was unable to download the full mod as i was blocked for some reason. Can someone please help? I still have a few scs files to download and it wont let me.

Well, just wait a bit. And try again.
Using the free download, you can only download two parts at once.
If you try more than that, you'll get blocked. That block will get released automatically.

promods blocked my account for no reason what can I do

we don't block anything, the system puts you "on hold" if you try to download more than 2 files at the same time.
we can't unblock anything either, the system releases the hold when you have waited a few hours

when i try to download the file i get this message

We're very sorry but it is now time for you to take a break. You're now blocked from attempting to use this service for a few hours or so. Next time just take it easy as this isn't a race and you shouldn't end up back here.
