Help With City Name On UI Map

Hey guys, I've been working on a map for ATS for a couple of months now and im having an issue with city names on the ui map. When placed in the viewport while editing the map its in the right position but when i open up the UI map, the name is too far north. I have no idea what I could be doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated!!!
