Testing only the Balkans and Promod, saving and loading, maybe everything is ok, exit the game and go back in ... You may need to go the distance, in this case, to speed up the teleport, and repeat save load, exit the game and go again. ..
This error has been reproduced many times and not only by me...

Hi fellow truckers!
I guess I at last have found the reason why police vehicles included into Project Balkans may appear in all countries and not only in the countries which they are designed for.
The reason is the absence of spawn_ratio: 0 parameter in traffic vehicle .sii files (e.g. golf3_hr.sii, etc.) from \def\vehicle\ai folder.
Once this parameter is added into these .sii files each vehicle will spawn only in the specific country where this vehicle is allowed. And no more traffic rules for many other countries needed as a bonus (excessive folders from \def\country folder might be deleted in this case).
If the authors could change only 4 files it would prevent police vehicles from spawning in the wrong countries without additional rules for traffic vehicles.

Actually, I'm aware of this awesome mod by Jerry, he does good job.
I was curious of the reason why police vehicles from Project Balkans are in principle allowed to spawn everywhere and looks like I've found the answer, which I've written in the previous post.
The trick is that once the "spawn_ratio: 0" parameter included in just 4 files then you won't need any other additional fixes, patches, etc. at all, and this will work by default on any map combos. It's an easier way than making definitions for traffic rules for 30-40 possible countries. Also, patching these 4 files might be done for only one time and forever, and no need more to worry about.

I have a CTD right in the center of Tiranë, Albania. I don't know if it's related to the Bari-Durres ferry crash. It could have to do with "fr_fern1_5fr.pmg" as the last few lines in my game log read:
Tested with only ProMods v2.61 and Project Balkans v5.3.
