Greetings everyone,
This week, let's take our journey to the ProMods Bulgaria, shall we?
To be fair, reworking signs in ProMods areas has definitely been the easiest part of my project. Because firstly, compared to the DLC areas, pinpointing ProMods areas on Google Maps has been extremely easy. Secondly, all the custom sign templates are already more than accurate. However, given my personal dislike towards the stock SCS sign templates, I only reworked them. And added extra signs if necessary.
No worries, I have already discussed touching the area with the developers, in advance. And gladly, they are completely okay with it.
Below, you can see some of my custom sign templates from the area covering Kulata, Blagoevgrad, Zlatarevo and Stanke Lisichkovo
This VMS is from west Pernik en route to Gyueshevo. I must say after reworking around 85% of the entire country, I am surprised to run into a VMS for the first time. Not that important but, finding out they are in the sign category instead of models relieved me a lot.
If we move on to Petrohan Pass and Montana, as I said in the beginning, the existing signs were already pretty accurate. However, in 3 years, at least 90% of them have been either replaced or moved to somewhere else. Therefore, I also had to retouch them. Below, you can find some examples:
That's all for this week, folks! Now, if you excuse me, I would like to celebrate my promotion and my birthday!
Till then, take care

Beatiful work on here, i always love when some people makes an extra attention for such countries, i always wondered the old E80 Road, from sofia to plovdiv, and from stara zagora (i think) to Chaskovo
and from there to first Kapitan Andreevo Town, and then comming to border with turkey, i'm missing that old road, which now we have highways there since 2012 i guess, the old border on bulgarian side is deconstructed.. from what i seen at google streetview.. is there any chance that you can look around there too? i dont know if i ever wil use but i always like to talk such things
the pics tels already..
2012 When the border was working back then, the highways was in constructions that time, before you arrive to border they gave the way to here. now you drive straight
2019 Bulgaria to Turkey Border (old and deconstructed)

Hello, thank you for your time and interest in this project. Although I have to disappoint you, I have no intention on reviving old roads. Rather, countries that are sunk into oblivion...
