fps drop on quick travel when moving map

hey when i try to move the map on quick travel i get a huge fps drop and then it goes back to normal but it does if every time I move the mouse and I can't choose anywhere to quick travel

i have 2 profiles one with 98 mods and one with 100 mods can anyone please help me
