Hannover and the current WoT event

Was wondering when the Hannover rebuild would incorperated in to ProMods as there is a new WoT event going on and I was unable to take part due to PM still using the old version, I did skim read something about it being a few weeks off, is this correct or have I misread?

It will be included in the next ProMods version for the next version of the game.
If you want to do the event do it without ProMods

But wouldn't that mess up my save file? uninstalling and reinstalling ProMods?

There was a mod for Operation Genova Bridge specifically to do an event with ProMods:

Maybe there's a way to somehow make a mod that would overwrite this part of ProMods map with SCS' content or something like when Iberia released and people were patching old ProMods version manually - you had to delete specific files from the archive and change a file with files list or something like that. This one would probably also need some kind of road connector.

The only 'work around' I've done is selling all my garages, trucks and firing all my drivers - 220 trucks and drivers - which took forever to do. But the event is now working. Not overly looking forward to rebuying all the garages, trucks and drivers though, that seems a bit of a pain the bum, but oh well.

You could use two different game profiles: one with ProMods, and one without ProMods so that you can do WoT events as they appear.

ahhh now someone says that! haha, I did wonder if that was possible to honest, I was unsure if I making a new profile would impact negatively on the progress I've made already on WoT, I took a gamble on just doing it the annoying way, but oh well.
