You have 2 sectors overwriting Roextended, thats the first problem for us, not a biggy for you.
Second, Promods add-ons must be placed above Promods, not above independent maps or road connections because, over the years, with Promods team participation, we managed to close many problematic issues regarding some prefabs or materials. We dont need an add-on to be placed in higher priority to reactivate those. But this is beyond your knowledge about how things works.
Third, people can use your map as they wish, Roex is not mandatory and users can decide for themselfs. You have no problem using my tutorials to learn BASIC stuff about editor (not yet there as i have seen your work), but also you have no problem to describe me as an adult idiot.
I dont have a personal problem with you, i have a problem with you telling people idiotic stuff, creating problems, problems we have to deal in our support channels (forum, mail and discord). An advice from an idiot adult: stick to what you know, not what you think.

Is there any of Dobrudja map v1 v2 v3 compatible with the latest hybrid RC and ROEX ?

Dobrudja Map version 1.0 doesn't overwrite any of Roex sectors. v1.3 does but as far as i have tested it doesn't break anything

Maybe it doesn't cause broken roads, but there are more ways to get crashes... Like your mod overwriting assets or materials. That's why you never, ever should overwrite a road connection. Road connections are not just about roads, but also about things like assets, materials, models, etc.

All of the Bulgarian maps have great ideas. Its gonna be great if you combine it. But I have to agree with OMNI here.
IRL its approx 1 hour from Varna to Dobrich, but this 1 hour has to corresponds with game time. Dobrich in Romania is such a bad idea.
For example Varna to Ruse is approx 2 hours. And in the game the time is kinda accurate. I dont care if I drive 10 minutes. Please, consider giving Dobrich the correct position otherwise a lot of people will avoid your map.

Actually in it's current position it's accurate as IRL it's 50 km and ingame it's also 50km from Dobrich-Varna. If i change the position it would become like 25 km drive which doesn't make much sense as you would drive 10 ingame minutes to reach Varna.

When I use Dobrudja MOD version 1.3 the city descriptions disappear in Germany and GB, I found that it only does this when using this MOD version 1.3 and I used both files as instructed. Do you know what could be the error? Thank you for the info.

Yes, download the map again as I've fixed the issue today.

For a first map the quality is fine, but you if you want this to be an addon for the basemap, you really need to build according to the scale. Dobrich and Silistra are in Romania on the map.

If you want to build in a more realistic scale, I suggest you to build a Standalone map instead of an addon.
