You can download the free roextended 2.9 pretty easily off that forum, ROEX 3.3 is PAID so no one is going to upload that for you. It isnt very expensive (compared to the joke eurafrica and great america mods) . Arayas deserves the support anyway for how much work he has done on it over the years and like i mentioned, there is always a free option in 2.9 which you can download if you cant afford to buy the newer version of it
