Both a hybrid for those using PR (but there's no PR for 1.46 yet) and one for PM/ME+RM+RM. I just installed the one for that combo and there don't appear to be any missing connections in the map like there were without it. I'm on a clean profile so I haven't been able to actually test it in gameplay, though.

I'm running it currently and it works fine with the proper road connectors.

The most up to date connector was actually released by ProMods and is hosted on here.

I would say it is indeed better as it contains PM Murmansk and its made by a PM dev. It is also made specifically for 1.46.
