When RusMap is activated speed limits on highways are changed in Bulgaria from 80 to 70 km/h (I test only there).

RusMap_2.46, upgrade to version 2.46.1.
The surroundings of Kursk have been partially reworked.
A completely rebuilt customs inspection point on the M1 highway (Moscow - Minsk) has been added (thanks to the author of Belgorod).
Fixed traffic lights in the city of Stroitel.
The grass cover has been replaced almost all over the map.
New signs added in St. Petersburg.
The map assets include the 'Russian Guard' mod (authored by Agent47).
Work has been done on the bugs found.

The only thing ProMods really changed (aside from bugfixes) is adding a city in Wales so the previous road connector files will work just fine. I'm running PM, RusMap, RoEx, Southern Region, Volga, and Sibir Maps using RoEx's connector and it didn't need updated.

A noob question but for some reason ROEX couldn't play nice with me so I removed it but can I still use the road connector that comes with ROEX without using ROEX?
Thank you

I'm not sure what map combo you're using, but there's a road connection for just PM and RusMap, then Volga and Sibirmap connect without needing a separate RC. The only way you'd really need the RoEx one without RoEx is if you're using Poland Rebuilding, as I'm not sure if that connects to RusMap without a separate RC file, though there might be issues with PR and PM's Ukraine as the road connection is expecting RoEx's Ukraine. So it might screw things up, but I guess you can try it
